Experienced Sales BDC Representative

Description of the Role:



The Experienced Sales BDC Representative at Advantage Auto Group in Naperville, IL plays a vital role in driving showroom traffic and sales through effective communication with prospective buyers. This position is best suited for someone with a strong background in BDC, call center operations, or automotive sales support who can manage a high volume of inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:




  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner




  • Manage and maintain lead activity within the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up




  • Coordinate with the sales team to support customer satisfaction and sales success




  • Assist with vehicle information, pricing, availability, and initial financing options




  • Handle appointment setting and follow up with unscheduled leads and missed opportunities




  • Participate in process development, best practices, and team collaboration sessions




  • Maintain a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day




  • Support in documenting and preparing sales-related paperwork when necessary




Qualifications:




  • Minimum 1 year of automotive BDC or call center experience is required




  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume communication and follow-up




  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills




  • Prior experience in customer service, appointment setting, or lead management




  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and dealership software




  • Energetic, team-oriented, and goal-driven with a professional demeanor




  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
