Experienced Sales Consultant

Description of the role:

Our team at Wynne Ford is seeking Experienced Sales Consultants to join us in Hampton, VA. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process with professionalism and expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to final purchase.


• Understand, stay up to date, and promote the products and services offered by the dealership. K


• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and actively listening to their responses. 


• Maintain an ongoing relationship and communication with the customer to encourage repeat and referral business.


• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles. 


• Negotiate closure clearly and concisely.


• Complete all documentation accurately and comprehensively.


• Stay current on brand promotions, financing options, value-added products, and industry trends.

Qualifications: 

• Prior experience in sales, preferably in automotive sales


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong negotiation skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required


• Willing to submit pre-employment background check and drug screen
