Key Responsibilities




  • Greet Customers Promptly and Guide Them Through the Vehicle Purchasing Process




  • Deliver Engaging and Knowledgeable Vehicle Presentations and Demonstrations




  • Understand Customer Needs and Recommend the Best Vehicle Solutions




  • Assist Customers with Completing Sales and Financing Applications




  • Build Lasting Relationships to Generate Repeat and Referral Business




  • Maintain Daily Lot Awareness by Inspecting Inventory and Reporting Issues




  • Support Proper Vehicle Merchandising to Maximize Sales Opportunities




  • Collaborate with Management to Achieve Dealership Sales Goals




  • Provide a Professional, High-quality Customer Experience from Start to Finish




 


Qualifications




  • Previous Automotive Sales experience REQUIRED




  • High energy and enthusiasm throughout the workday




  • Strong closing and objection-handling skills




  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities




  • Outgoing, personable, and relationship-driven




  • Competitive mindset with strong work ethic




  • Self-motivated and results-oriented




  • Comfortable communicating in person, by phone, and digitally
