Experienced Salesperson

Job Summary:
International Kia Orland Park is seeking an experienced Salesperson to join our team in Orland Hills, Illinois. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling our vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role offers a competitive base salary plus commission, with the potential to earn between $60,000 to $150,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in our showroom and on the lot
- Provide information on vehicles, features, and financing options
- Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds
- Negotiate and close sales with customers
- Complete all necessary paperwork and ensure all sales records are accurate and up-to-date
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business
- Attend training and development sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in auto sales required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficient in computer and internet use
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
