Howell's Kitchen & Bar is seeking experienced Servers who are passionate about hospitality, guest service, and teamwork.

We're a neighborhood restaurant and bar serving shareable snacks, artisan pizzas and salads, and tavern classics. Guests gather on our world-famous patio to enjoy craft cocktails, great food, and memorable experiences with friends new and old.

We are looking for dependable hospitality professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service, learning the menu, supporting their teammates, and creating memorable guest experiences.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Deliver exceptional service from greeting through guest departure
• Learn and confidently present food, beverage, beer, wine, and cocktail offerings
• Make recommendations and enhance the guest experience
• Build relationships with guests and create repeat business
• Complete side work and station responsibilities consistently
• Support fellow team members during busy shifts
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous full-service restaurant serving experience preferred
• Friendly, outgoing, and hospitality-focused personality
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Team-player mentality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

• Full flexibility strongly preferred
• Weekend availability is required
• Day, evening, and holiday availability may be required
