About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Casa Autoplex in Las Cruces, NM. As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and vehicle drop-offs

Provide accurate estimates for service and repair work

Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work

Recommend additional services based on vehicle needs

Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle and any changes to the initial estimate

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry

Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
