Experienced Automotive Service Advisor

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Bonus: GM Experience and Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred

Bob Bell Chevrolet is looking for a motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our high-volume dealership. If you have a strong background in customer service, a passion for the automotive industry, and experience with GM vehicles — we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Greet customers and gather vehicle information


• Accurately document customer concerns and symptoms


• Recommend maintenance services based on mileage, age, and history


• Create detailed cost estimates for parts and labor


• Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated


• Review and finalize repair orders and invoices


• Clearly explain repairs and charges to customers

What We're Looking For:

• 
  Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or Assistant Lane Manager (required)


• Proven track record of excellent customer satisfaction
  


• High energy, reliable, and team-oriented


• Long-term career mindset with a desire to grow


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• 
  CDK software experience (a plus)


• 
  GM dealership experience and/or bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus
