Job Description - Experienced Service Tech for Live Poultry (Turkey) Breeder Division

Select Genetics, LLC provided a strong platform to serve customers nationally and internationally through quality poults, service, and innovation. We are the leading supplier of poults and eggs to growers worldwide.

The Service Technician's duties and responsibilities (non-exhaustive):

Will be driving a company vehicle, therefore must be able to pass an MVR for this job.
Must possess organization and the importance of prioritizing your daily operations tasks to ensure no task is overlooked or falls between the cracks.
Must possess both good verbal and written communication skills, as well as soft and hard people skills.
Microsoft Office experience: Word, Excel spreadsheets, receiving, sending, and replying to emails.
Being gifted at problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking for the best business resolutions. (Deal Breaker)
A minimum of 2 years of experience working with poultry (preferably Turkeys. (Deal Breaker)
A college degree in a related field (i.e., Business, Agricultural, Teaching).
Flexibility to work extended workdays and hours (when necessary).
Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are a plus. (Deal Breaker)

Salary:

Dependent on experience
