Venture Solar is expanding! We are looking for hardworking individuals on our installation team. Experienced Installer who thrives on the roof, we have a place for you.

Location: Daily reporting to Hudson, MA

Residential Solar Installer

• Assembly: Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.

• Mechanical: Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.

• Support: Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.

• Requirement: Previous Solar Installation experience and comfort with heights/roof work.

What Everyone Brings to the Team

• Safety First: A deep respect for safety procedures and the use of PPE.

• Physical Grit: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions (attics/roofs).

• Technical Skill: Proficiency with power tools and a "get it done right" attitude.

• Reliability: A valid, clean driver’s license and a commitment to 40+ hour weeks
