MCM Pools is seeking out a Experienced Pool Technician.

JOB TYPE: Full-time (+ Overtime)

Senior Swimming Pool Technicians REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to show up on time, six days a week
• Report to HQ at 7 AM for work-vehicle prep
• Provide a valid MA license for operating a designated work vehicle
• Possess the ability to lift 80 lbs.
• Must own a cell phone capable of accessing the "When I Work" app
• Comfortability navigating work software devices
• Strong knowledge of water chemistry
• Strong ability in open/close/maintenance tasks
• Proficiency with pool equipment operation & repair
• Proficiency with basic plumbing & electrical
• Basic knowledge of heater safety and operation
• Basic automation skills
• Crew leader and customer service skills
• A strong work ethic, professional demeanor & team orientation

Experience Pluses include:

• Any years of industry experience
• Spa service experience
• Vinyl A/B Measurements
• Trowelling - Sand, Vermiculite, Cement, Mortar
• PVC Plumbing - Running underground lines or system installations
• Leak Detection Experience - Diving, Pressure Testing
• Masonry Tools - Concrete saw, Jackhammer, Drill, Mixer, etc.
• Experience with automation installation & troubleshooting
• Heater diagnosis, repair, and installation skills
• Experience with renovations
• Plumbing and repair skills

WORK LOCATION:

• Multiple Locations (Mostly Residential)
• On the road (you will be designated a company vehicle, phone, and tablet)

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Monday through Saturday

HOURS:

• 40 - 80+ (During Spring and Fall)
