Experienced Tax Credit Leasing Consultant

Are you an experienced Leasing Consultant with Tax Credit knowledge looking for an immediate opportunity? We are seeking professionals with a passion for the Multifamily industry who are ready to make an impact!

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in the apartment industry is required
• Knowledge of Tax Credit leasing is preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A high degree of professionalism and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to work weekends as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective residents, provide property tours, and assess housing needs
• Guide new residents through the leasing process, ensuring accuracy in lease agreements and move-in paperwork
• Collect security deposits, rent payments, and applicable fees
• Clearly communicate lease terms, community policies, and renewal processes to residents
• Proactively follow up with leads and inquiries to close leases
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready with final inspections and finishing touches
• Implement creative marketing techniques to attract new residents
• Assist with the lease renewal process and maintain positive resident relations
• Respond promptly to emails, calls, and in-person visits
