Experienced Tax Credit Property Manager City Place (Phoenix, AZ)

Celtic Property Management is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of City Place, a LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) community in Phoenix, Arizona. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations, including certifications, recertifications, and file audits.
   
• Oversee leasing, occupancy, rent collection, and financial performance.
   
• Lead and supervise on-site staff, including leasing and maintenance teams.
   
• Manage property budgets, expense controls, and financial reporting.
   
• Conduct inspections and coordinate maintenance to uphold curb appeal and compliance standards.
   
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, ensuring timely communication and service.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties.
   
• Solid knowledge of HUD, Fair Housing, and local compliance regulations.
   
• Proven leadership in multifamily property operations, team management, and resident relations.
   
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software.
   
• LIHTC certification preferred (or ability to obtain upon hire).
   
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
