Experienced Tree Climber

Joshua Tree Experts, the premier tree care professionals in Stockertown, PA, is searching for an Experienced Tree Climber to join our 2- to 4-person crews. In this essential role, you will assist in tree removal, pruning, and general preservation techniques while adhering to ANSI standards.

Role Responsibilities

• 
  

  Communicate effectively with your crew leader, coworkers, clients, and the public.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure safe tree operations and strictly follow our company safety culture.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain your assigned vehicle and equipment.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional image.

  
  


• 
  

  Delegate work to Groundman Operations Specialists.

  
  


• 
  

  Operate aerial lifts safely and effectively.

  
  


• 
  

  Commit to a schedule of at least 40 hours per week.

  
  

Minimum Requirements

• 
  

  At least 4 years of tree climbing experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license.

  
  


• 
  

  High School Diploma or GED.

  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  

  Forestry or Horticulture Degree.

  
  


• 
  

  ISA Certified Arborist (or close to obtaining certification).
