Job Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing Used Car Department Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and is motivated by results and rewards.

Responsibilities:

• Source and manage used vehicle inventory


• Oversee reconditioning and merchandising


• Set pricing strategies and manage online listings


• Lead and coach the used car sales team


• Monitor performance metrics and drive profitability


• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction


• Recruit, train, and develop team members

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of automotive sales or management experience


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Proven track record in used car operations


• Familiarity with dealership software and CRM systems


• Valid driver’s license
