Are you an experienced veterinary receptionist with a passion for animal care and exceptional client service? Gentle Doctor Animal Hospitals in Omaha, NE, is looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team!

This onsite role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pets and their families—while working in a collaborative, supportive environment.

What You'll Do:

• Greet clients and pets warmly upon arrival


• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently


• Refill prescriptions and assist with client communication


• Support a smooth and positive experience for clients and staff


• Maintain accurate client and patient records using veterinary software

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a veterinary receptionist


• Familiarity with veterinary management software


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• Attention to detail, especially when handling medications and client records


• A compassionate attitude and genuine love for animals


• Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
