Overview: Our team values expertise, reliability and dedication to customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced Water Well Pump Technician to join our team.
Job Summary: Must have minimum three years experience. As an experience Pump Tech, you will be responsible for the installation, Diagnosing/repair, and maintenance of water well pumping systems. This position requires extensive knowledge of pump systems, troubleshooting, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, install and maintain water well pump systems, including submersible pumps and jet pumps
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical components, plumbing, and pump mechanics
- Perform Routine inspections and preventive maintenance on well systems
- Operate and maintain tools, equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clear communication with clients about repairs, recommendations, and maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Collaborate with team members and provide mentorship to less experienced technicians as needed
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a water well pump technician
Skills: Strong understanding of water well systems, plumbing and electrical components
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy items throughout the day, work in various weather conditions
Other: Valid drivers license with clean record
