What You'll Do

• 
  

  Assist wholesale customers in sourcing and fulfilling parts requests accurately and efficiently

  
  


• 
  

  Look up and identify parts using Ford catalog systems and dealer management software

  
  


• 
  

  Process parts orders, returns, and credits in a timely manner

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain proper inventory levels and assist with stocking, receiving, and bin organization

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate parts availability and estimated arrival times to the service team and customers

  
  


• 
  

  Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and wholesale accounts

  
  


• 
  

  Follow dealership policies for parts invoicing, documentation, and recordkeeping

  
  


• 
  

  Support the parts department in meeting monthly sales and fill rate goals

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  Prior automotive parts counter experience required

  
  


• 
  

  Ford dealership parts experience strongly preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with Ford parts catalog systems and dealer management software

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  
  


• 
  

  Clear communicator who works well with technicians, advisors, and customers

  
  


• 
  

  Able to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment

  High school diploma or equivalent
