Experienced Yard Loader Operator
Job Description:
 Operate a wheel loader on a rock yard loading finished product into trucks accurately, timely,
efficient, and in a safe manner.
 Maintain Stockpiles, minimize spillage, maximize usable product, and ensure zero contamination.
 Maintain roads for safe, smooth, efficient driving conditions.
 May also be required to operate various other pieces of heavy equipment as pit and yard needs
require, and at the discretion of the site superintendent.
 Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
 Demonstrates a good working knowledge of company rules and assures facility compliance with
regulatory agencies.
 Assure facility compliance with MSHA and other regulatory agencies.
Requirements:
 Have at least two years experience operating a front-end loader – similar to a CAT 980
 Self-motivated individual - must be able to perform required duties independently, without
constant supervision.
 Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
 High school diploma GED
 Supervisor Green Card Holder Preferable
 Valid driver's license
 Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
 Detail-oriented
 Excellent time management and problem -solving skills.
 Effective communication skills.
