Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute experiential marketing campaigns and events that align with our brand objectives and resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and sales to develop integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty.
• Research industry trends and consumer insights to inform strategy and identify opportunities for innovation in experiential marketing.
• Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, and on-site execution to ensure seamless delivery of events.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of experiential marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event management, or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing experiential marketing campaigns and events.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with event management software/tools is a plus.
