Experiment Planner – CONTINGENT - 26-036 – Hybrid
As a growing Department of Defense Contractor, AUSGAR Technologies has an exciting opportunity for an Experiment Planner to join our team of smart and innovative technical team members in San Diego.
Serve as an Experiment Planner supporting the Department of the Navy (DON) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Experimentation Cell (DON SEC). Provide planning, facilitation and advisory support to small businesses with DON SBIR contracts, their Government Technical Points of Contact (TPOCs) and Program Managers throughout the experimentation lifecycle.
Apply operational and technical experience to enable SBIR technology’s research and development within a range of naval capabilities, operations and missions. Ensure the technical requirements for the experiment are identified and establish a collaborative working relationship with the government sponsors to design, plan, execute and control, perform data collection and analysis and prepare reports detailing findings and recommendations. Coordinate and facilitate planning activities with Government stakeholders, SBIR firms, event staff and organizations responsible for experimentation planning and execution.

Salary Range: $110K-$135K
Based on your qualifications, you will be placed in Level I-V.
An essential qualification for this position is successfully obtaining a security clearance issued by the Federal Government, which may require successful completion of a background check.

AUSGAR’s salary range is dependent upon a variety of factors, which include experience, skills, education, certifications and geographical location. Our salary range includes a base salary and excellent benefits package as part of our total compensation.
