POSITION SUMMARY: We are actively seeking Exploitation Specialists with the following language proficiencies: Chinese, Burmese, French, German, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Khmer, Korean, Lao, Malay, Mongolian, Polish, Russian, Serbian, Bosnian, Slovak, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Tagalog, Thai, Turkish, Uighur, and Vietnamese.

Exploitation Specialists are responsible for identifying items meeting mission requirements, evaluating sources, conducting research, synthesizing and summarizing findings, and writing reports in English in accordance with designated standards. They may also possess significant subject matter expertise or education in climate change, climate security, global health, politics, leadership, culture, religion, international relations, economics, energy, counter proliferation, cyber threats, emerging technologies, counter narcotics, military, science and technology, counter terrorism, or media of a particular country or region. This position is pending contract award.   

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify items meeting mission requirements, evaluating sources, conducting research, synthesizing and summarizing findings, and writing reports in English in accordance with designated standards. 
• Possess significant subject matter expertise or education in climate change, climate security, global health, politics, leadership, culture, religion, international relations, economics, energy, counter proliferation, cyber threats, emerging technologies, counter narcotics, military, science and technology, counter terrorism, or media of a particular country or region. 

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Candidates with any level of clearance, including those with no clearance but who are deemed eligible, may be considered.

QUALIFICATIONS:

JUNIOR LEVEL 

• High school diploma or GED plus 3 years of relevant experience or;
• A Bachelor's degree with 1 year of relevant experience. 
• Foreign language capabilities at the Proficient level (ILR level 3/3+) or at the Advanced level (ILR level 4/4+).
• Experience identifying requirements, evaluating sources, conducting research, synthesizing and summarizing findings, and writing reports in English in accordance with designated standards.
• Experience with translation into English.

SENIOR LEVEL

• High school diploma or GED plus 7 years of relevant experience or;
• A Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience. 
• Foreign language capabilities at the Proficient level (ILR level 3/3+) or at the Advanced level (ILR level 4/4+).
• Experience identifying requirements, evaluating sources, conducting research, synthesizing and summarizing findings, and writing reports in English in accordance with designated standards.
• Experience with translation into English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Military experience.
• Foreign language capabilities at the Proficient level (ILR level3/3+) or at the Advanced level (ILR level 4/4+). 
• Experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly concerning the ability to engage collaboratively and effectively in a virtual environment. 
• Strong time and task management skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• 8-hour shifts or as required by the customer.

PAY RANGE:

Pay Range: $50,000 - $150,000 a year

MultiLingual Solutions (MLS) pay range and level are general guidelines for this job. Several factors, including education, geographic location, contract labor categories, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, or market data, determine the final salary.
