Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct prehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments to determine patients' needs, functional abilities, and treatment goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings, patient goals, and evidence-based practice guidelines.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, exercises, and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall functional independence.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and strategies for managing symptoms and preventing future injuries.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, monitor progress, and achieve optimal outes for patients.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in Texas (or ability to obtain).
• Minimum of one year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist in a clinical setting.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular rehabilitation.
• Excellent munication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to new environments and work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
