Expo/ Food Runner

Description of the role:

The Expo/Food Runner role at DeFuego Grille in Clackamas, OR involves ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food orders from the kitchen to guests. This position plays a vital role in the efficiency of the dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and servers


• Ensure plates are prepared correctly and presented beautifully


• Deliver food orders to the correct table in a timely manner


• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

• Prior experience in food service preferred


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills


• Attention to detail and accuracy
