Job Description - Express Customer Service Coordinator



Job Summary


Looking for a job that combines competitive pay with good culture? Have you been considering the automotive industry but don't know how to break in? Columbus Motor Company is one of the largest automotive retailers in East Central Nebraska. We are seeking qualified and flexible candidates to join our Columbus Motor Company Family. Our hours are not the typical dealership hours. We are open M-F 8-6 Sat. 8-5,


As a Express Customer Service Coordinator, you will own our customer’s experience in the Express Lane. This position does not require strong experience with automotive industry, but more-so strong customer service skills.  You are the first point of contact with our customers.  We encourage individuals to apply who are bilingual and new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality.


Hours:



  • Monday through Friday 

  • Every 3rd Saturday with a day off during that pay week

Responsibilities



  • Oversee and ensure top notch Customer Service of Express Lane and ensure effective and efficient flow. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.

  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled


REQUIREMENTS:



  • Organized and friendly personality

  • Demonstrated ability to manage others

  • Time management skills

  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers

  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

  • Clean driving record

  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
