Mac Haik Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Georgetown proudly serves the greater Austin area with quality new and pre-owned vehicles. Our service department is growing, and we are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Express Lane Advisor to support our high-volume maintenance lane.

The Express Lane Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, writing repair orders for routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, etc.), recommending manufacturer-recommended services, and ensuring a fast, smooth, and positive service experience.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally in the express service drive


• Open and manage repair orders for maintenance services


• Recommend factory-recommended maintenance based on mileage and vehicle condition


• Communicate clearly with technicians regarding service needs


• Provide accurate time and cost estimates


• Obtain customer approvals for additional services


• Monitor vehicle progress to ensure timely completion


• Deliver completed vehicles and review services performed


• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores


• Meet individual and department performance goals


• Maintain accurate documentation and follow dealership processes


• Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule


• Complete required company training


• Uphold the Mac Haik Automotive Group brand with professionalism and integrity


• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advising, retail, or customer service experience preferred


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


• Sales or upselling experience preferred


• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections)


• Comfortable using computer systems and dealership software


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record


• Successful completion of pre-employment screening


• Authorization to work in the United States
