Responsibilities

• Professionally greet service customers.


• Initiate a repair order that addresses the customer’s concerns.


• Promoting the sale of service items needed for repairs or maintenance.


• Communicating the customer's needs to the technicians.


• Ensuring customers receive first class customer service!

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Valid Florida Driver’s License.


• Minimum one year of retail automotive service experience.


• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to explain and sell needed services with honesty and integrity.


• Good computer skills.


• Professional personal appearance.
