About the Role

We’re looking for a Service Advisor who can keep things moving smoothly, keep customers happy, and avoid being run over by overly-enthusiastic drivers entering the lane at 12 mph.

What You'll Do

• 
  

  Greet customers with the confidence of someone who knows exactly where the air filter lives

  
  


• 
  

  Decode vague customer descriptions like “It’s making a thingy noise”

  
  


• 
  

  Write repair orders with accuracy, speed, and the handwriting of a doctor

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with technicians without yelling (most of the time)

  
  


• 
  

  Up-sell maintenance services politely—not like a used-car infomercial

  
  


• 
  

  Keep customers updated so they don’t peek around corners hunting for their car

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain an above-average caffeine level to survive the morning rush

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous service advisor experience is great, but if you’ve survived retail, fast food, or toddlers—you're halfway there

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication skills (sarcasm fluency optional but appreciated)

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to multitask while remaining calm and pretending you’re not multitasking

  
  


• 
  

  Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance OR the willingness to nod confidently until you learn

  
  


• 
  

  Computer skills—yes, clicking really fast counts

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and the ability to park straighter than most customers

Schedule
