What You'll Do

As an Express Lane Technician, you'll be the first line of defense in keeping our customers' vehicles safe, reliable, and performing at their best.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and vehicle inspections.


• Test systems and components to ensure proper operation.


• Identify and isolate potential mechanical concerns.


• Drive vehicles for testing and verification purposes.


• Perform repairs and maintenance with efficiency and accuracy.


• Replace worn or damaged parts before they become larger issues.


• Utilize diagnostic equipment, power tools, and hand tools safely and effectively.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an automotive service department.


• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.


• Ability to quickly identify and solve mechanical concerns.


• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Comfortable using computers and electronic diagnostic equipment.


• Willingness to learn new technologies and manufacturer procedures.


• High School Diploma or GED required.


• Technical training or automotive degree preferred.


• ASE Certifications preferred but not required.
