Pay: $35k-$50k annually. Commission based.

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday

• Previous dealership experience is a PLUS but not required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Multi-Tasker and ability to work independently
• Professional in appearance and communications
• Strong attention to details and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

The Express Lube Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns. They serve as the communicator between customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.

Qualifications:

• Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
• Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
• Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.
• Basic computer & cost calculation skills. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Prior dealership or quick lube experience
