Express Lube Technician

Charlie's Dodge is looking for an Express Technician to join us immediately. Preferred candidates are precise, thorough, and natural doers. A proven track record of performing oil changes, basic maintenance, or minor repair work is ideal. Certification from a mechanical school, or currently attending school, is a HUGE plus! Successful candidates can work at a faster-than-average pace and have an eye for managing detail-work.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates


• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation


• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary


• Complete vehicle inspections


• Install new oil drain plugs and new oil filters


• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed 


• Provide excellent customer service 


• Help keep service bays clean and organized

Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

• Experience with all makes and models (Preferred)


• Strong automotive background


• Strong teamwork skills


• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check


• Must have clean & valid driver's license
