Headquarter Toyota is seeking motivated Entry-Level Automotive Technicians (Express Lube Technicians) to join our service team. Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and filter replacements.


• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and identify potential maintenance or safety concerns.


• Complete services efficiently and accurately in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards.


• Communicate inspection findings clearly to Service Advisors to support recommended maintenance and repairs.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all dealership safety policies and procedures.


• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on automotive technologies and service procedures.


• Work collaboratively with technicians and other team members to meet customer satisfaction and departmental goals.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic, dependability, and a willingness to learn. Previous automotive experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.


• Previous dealership or automotive service experience preferred, but not required.


• Ability to safely operate shop equipment; training will be provided as needed.


• Must provide and maintain a basic set of technician tools.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.


• Excellent teamwork, reliability, and customer service skills.


• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.


• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.


• Ability to comply with the company's appearance and uniform standards.
