Express Lube Technician

Pay Scale: $17-$20/hr
Location: 1200 Carbon Junction

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Perform oil changes

  
  


• 
  

  Perform basic maintenance as outlined in repair orders

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct multi-point inspections to ensure vehicle safety and performance

  
  


• 
  

  Meet quality control standards for all completed work

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate effectively with service managers and teammates

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Preferred: 1 year of experience in a quick lube or similar role (dealership, franchise, or independent shop)

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

  
  


• 
  

  Strong work ethic, curiosity, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
