What You'll Do

As an Express Lube Technician, you'll perform routine maintenance and inspections that help keep our customers' vehicles safe and reliable, including:

• Oil and filter changes


• Tire rotations


• Multi-point vehicle inspections


• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids


• Identifying maintenance needs based on vehicle inspections


• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment


• Working efficiently while maintaining Subaru quality standards


• Providing excellent service as part of a fast-paced team

The right candidate is someone who:

• Shows up on time and is ready to work every day

• Has basic automotive knowledge or maintenance experience (preferred but not required)

This is an active, hands-on position. The ideal candidate enjoys staying busy, working with their hands, and taking pride in completing quality work throughout the day.

Schedule

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).

Typical schedules are:

• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (includes a one-hour lunch break)


• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (includes a one-hour lunch break)

Our service department is also open on Saturdays from 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Team members rotate Saturday shifts, receive a weekday off during those weeks, and lunch is provided every Saturday.
