We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Express Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring that all express service operations are performed efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The Express Service Advisor will serve as the main point of contact for customers requiring quick and efficient automotive services.

Requirements

• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the service center.
• Assess customers' automotive service needs and provide accurate information regarding services and pricing.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of express services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and other minor repairs.
• Prepare and present service estimates and recommendations to customers, explaining the necessity of each service.
• Monitor the progress of each service order and keep customers informed of any delays or additional work required.
• Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Promote additional services or products that may benefit the customer.
