Job Description - Express Service Advisor



As an Express Service Advisor, you will own our customer’s experience in the service lane. You are the first point of contact with our customers so a positive attitude is required. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process, our Express Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry with a willingness to learn and desire to advance.

Responsibilities



  • Greet customers in our service drive. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.



  • Perform a vehicle walk around



  • Writing and invoicing repair orders



  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.



  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled


  • Advising customers on any needed repair/maintenance work to their vehicle while keeping the customer's best interests in mind.  


Qualifications



  • Organized and friendly personality



  • Can work in a fast paced environment



  • Time management skills



  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers



  • Automotive knowledge or dealership experience is a plus but is not required - we are willing to train the right person



  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.



  • Clean driving record



  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
