Express Lane Service Advisor

Job Description:

Ray Dennison Auto Group is looking for someone who is capable of providing the highest level of service to our guests. This position requires you to work with new and existing customers to build professional relationships, promote sales/service, communicate concerns, and uphold customer service levels. We have an extremely efficient Express Lane, which will maximize your sales opportunities. You will greet customers, and validate all current contact information. You will also perform accurate walk-arounds on all vehicles while verifying all services needed. You will teach our customers about the importance of vehicle maintenance recommended by the manufacturer and the dealership. All of our team members are expected to deliver the highest customer service to all customers through all facets of the repair process, from greeting to delivery. The Express Lane advisor is responsible for correcting customer information in the computer, adding and/or removing services as needed, and invoicing customer repairs. This is a fast paced, rewarding job for the correct individual, and with the right training and attitude there is room for career advancement within the dealerships.

Qualifications:

Valid Driver’s License

HS Diploma/GED

At least 18 years of age

Previous automotive service and/or advisor work experience preferred

Previous automotive dealership work experience preferred

Excellent communication skills

Ability to stand/move for long periods of time

Maintain a professional appearance

Highly organized and self-motivated

Friendly/Outgoing personality is a plus!
