Express Service Advisor

Description of the role:

The Express Service Advisor at Patriot CDJR Pryor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in the automotive service department. This individual will play a key role in ensuring that customers receive efficient and high-quality service in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing customer needs and scheduling service appointments


• Providing accurate service cost estimates and obtaining customer approval


• Coordinating status updates to customers


• Explaining service recommendations and ensuring customer satisfaction


• Processing customer payments and maintaining service records

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive service or a related field


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment


• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills


• Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures
