Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 7am-6pm | 40-hour workweek | Closed on Sundays
Pay: Commission-based | Earning Potential of $35,000-$60,000

Our Phoenix location is hiring an Express Service Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our Service Department. This role is responsible for delivering a positive service experience, educating customers on recommended maintenance, and ensuring timely communication throughout the service process.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, and prepare for customer service appointments


• Greet customers and assess vehicle maintenance needs based on customer concerns, vehicle inspections, and mileage


• Create repair orders, provide cost and time estimates, and obtain customer authorization for services


• Educate customers on vehicle condition, maintenance recommendations, and available services


• Coordinate with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance


• Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status and service progress


• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their service experience

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or automotive service experience preferred


• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills


• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting


• Proficient computer and phone skills


• Must be at least 18 years of age  or older


• Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record


• Must pass a background check and drug screen
