Express Service Advisor

Ingersoll Auto is currently seeking a confident, outgoing professional to join our friendly service team.  Automotive knowledge and experience are preferred but we are willing to train a motivated candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Writing repair orders, capturing information, and checking for recalls and warranty coverage with different manufacturers
• Build accurate estimates 
• Effective communication with all Team Members/Team Leaders
• Effectively communicate with customers about the status/needs of their vehicles
• Invoice, bill repair orders, code warranty claims
• Assistance with  moving vehicles around the lot and prep for technicians 

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail
• Able to work independently and be productive as well as be a team player 
• Competency to learn and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal mistakes 

Compensation:

• Base pay plus both weekly and monthly variable bonuses
• Benefits available to full-time team members, including health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and 401K plan

 Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening, consistent with applicable law.
