What You’ll Do

• Recommend services based on inspections
• Create and manage repair orders with accurate estimates
• Clearly explain services, costs, and completed work
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient repairs
• Schedule appointments and manage service flow
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism
