The Express Technician is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance and light repairs in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other basic maintenance services.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to service advisors.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members.
• Uphold CMA’s standards for safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive training or experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in automotive repair.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
