Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of exterior cleaning tasks to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform exterior cleaning services including pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning and surface cleaning.

- Inspect properties to identify areas needing cleaning and maintenance.

- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.

- Maintain and care for cleaning equipment and tools.

- Complete work orders and report on job status as required.
