P.J. Fitzpatrick, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Exterior Repair Technician to join our team. This role will be pivotal in providing high-quality exterior repair services, ensuring that residential properties maintain their beauty and structural integrity.

Main Responsibilities:

• Inspect and evaluate the condition of exterior elements like siding, windows, and doors.
• Perform repairs on various exterior materials including vinyl, wood, and metal.
• Communicate with customers to explain repair needs and procedures.
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures while on the job site.

PAY:

This is an hourly/commision job

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in exterior home repairs, including siding and window work.
• Strong knowledge of exterior materials and installation techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be physically capable of lifting and handling materials and working at heights.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
