Exterior Storm Sales Consultant

Description

As an Exterior Storm Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads (canvassing door to door), building relationships with customers, and driving sales of our roofing products and services.  You will also assist customers through the insurance claims process. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for exceeding sales targets. You will work closely with homeowners to understand their roofing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Requirements

• Prospect and qualify leads through door to door canvassing of storm affected areas, networking, and referrals to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct thorough assessments of customers' roofing needs, including inspections, measurements, and evaluations.
• Assist customers through the insurance claims process.
• Educate customers on our products, services, and value propositions, highlighting the benefits and features of our roofing solutions.
• Prepare and present customized proposals, estimates, and quotes to customers, clearly outlining scope of work, pricing, and timelines.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including project managers and installation crews, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their expectations are met and address any concerns or issues.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
