Extrusion Lead

Drive the day to day operational staffing

Keep an up-to-date schedule posted;

Manage training plans to bridge skills gaps and update the training/skills matrix;

Monitor attendance and manage violations;

Ensure weekly EHS and Human Resources SPL and TBT are completed and turned in on time;

Ensure C8 completion;

Manage all supplies and tooling orders;

Keep track of all extrusion supplies and reorder as needed;

Manage Production Control “Lists”;

Manage all TPM coordination with Maintenance;

• Manage/assign labor for each AM;

• Complete tasks and add comments in EAM;

• Audit AM’s and provide feedback to Leads;

• Review/revise AM tasks as needed;

Prior leadership experience;

Must be fluent in JDE, WorkBrain, MS Suite;

Must have general knowledge of Extrusion processes.

Must be able to perform moderate to heavy lifting on a regular basis;

Must be able to stand in one place for extended periods of time.
