RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Summary: As an Extrusion Lead at MI Metals, Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the extrusion process in our Smyrna, Tennessee plant. Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality aluminum extrusions.

· Supervision: Lead a crew, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the team's success.

· Safety: Enforce and promote a culture of safety, ensuring that all team members adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment

· Quality Assurance: Ensure metal meets quality expectations after every process through visual inspections, quality checks, and process control measures using blueprints and calipers. 

· Training and Development: Train new employees, provide ongoing training to existing team members, and identify opportunities for skill development.

· Documentation: Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company standards and procedures.
