WE TRAIN AND CERTIFY IN FULL for lash extensions!! If you do NOT have extensive experience as an eyelash technician, don ’t worry, we provide detailed training. This is only a position available for licensed cosmetologists and estheticians. Because we certify and train for lash extensions in-full, stylists must be willing to sign a local noncompete and nonsolicit agreement for lash extension services. Our pay is a blend of hourly plus comission, so the average hourly pay can vary in the beginning while you are building clientele and repeat guests. We find most lash technicians make a blended average of $15+ in the beginning.

We are looking for a career oriented Lash Stylist who:

• Will be able to perform professional eyelash extensions, facial waxing, brow lamination, tinting and lash lift sessions in succession, sessions taking up to 2 hours


• Exceeds standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by state law and the studio’s policies and procedures


• Creates excellent experience for guests with a charismatic, friendly, and helpful attitude


• Open to coaching, and learning by attending and participating in ongoing education and training classes


• Committed to consistently improving skills through professional development program

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• A licensed esthetician or cosmetologist in Florida


• Willing to learn new lash techniques and sign a local noncompete and nonsolicit agreement (because we provide full training)


• A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor and attitude


• A customer service-oriented individual who can communicate with clients, studio management and coworkers


• A professional appearance at all times


• Good vision and steady hands, and can perform up to 2 hour long eyelash application processes


• Ability to work flexible days and hours including at least one evening shift, one weekend day and some holidays. Yes, evenings and weekends are required.
