F&I Clerk Responsibilities

·         Prepare financing documentation and related paperwork with accuracy and efficiency

·         Obtain customer credit applications and submit them to lenders for approval

·         Maintain organized filing and record systems for finance transactions

·         Complete required reports and documentation for compliance and tracking

·         Provide administrative support to the Finance Department

·         Assist customers with questions and ensure a smooth financing process

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Typing proficiency with attention to detail when entering data
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, dealership systems a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
