Fab Equipment Maintenance Technician

Operate and maintain thin film deposition equipment to ensure flawless production quality Perform regular preventive maintenance and trouble-shooting to minimize downtime Collaborate with engineering teams to successfully implement process improvements Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency Strictly adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Education in industry related associate degree; working towards a STEM related degree; equivalent military training and experience; or equivalent work experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off) including night shift Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes; Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality control methodologies Certification in equipment maintenance or relevant technical areas
