Fabrication Associate - Grind/Debur Steel

APX is growing and looking for a reliable, hands-on Fabrication Associate to join our production team! If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in quality work, and want to grow with a company that values hard work and teamwork — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Deburr metal parts using hand tools and equipment to ensure smooth, safe edges.
• Passivation of stainless steal
• Grind steel, aluminum and stainless steel parts to shine
• Assist with other general fabrication tasks as needed.
• Follow blueprints and work instructions to complete jobs accurately.
• Perform quality checks on finished parts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Comfortable using hand tools and operating machinery.
• Ability to read simple blueprints or work instructions.
• Attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Positive attitude, team player, and dependable.
